Grady Mulbery, President and CEO of Roseburg, joined the company in 2011 as vice president of composites manufacturing. He was promoted to vice president of manufacturing the following year and became president of the company in 2016. Mulbery has a long history in the wood products industry, having served in a variety of management roles for several companies. 


MARTY DALEY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER And Senior Vice President of Finance

Marty Daley has been chief financial officer for Roseburg since 2009. Daley graduated from Boise State University with a BBA degree in accounting. He began his career with the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in Eugene, Ore., and obtained his Oregon CPA license in 1994. 

Daley joined Monaco Coach Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer of recreational vehicles in late 1994. He became Monaco’s VP-finance and chief financial officer in 2000 and held that position until Monaco was acquired by Navistar International Corporation in June 2009, when he became VP-controller for the RV division. He joined Roseburg in November 2009. 


Scott Folk joined Roseburg in 2009. He graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1980 with a diploma in forest technology, and from Lakehead University in 1985, with an honors Bachelor of Science in forest management. Folk also pursued an executive MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. 

Folk has extensive experience in forest management, timberland acquisitions, logging, wood procurement and wood products manufacturing. He has previously worked at Canfor Corporation, James River Timber Corp., TimberWest and Pacific BioEnergy Corporation.


Mark Avery Vice President of Composites and LoGistics

Mark Avery

Mark Avery is Roseburg’s vice president of composites and logistics, responsible for all aspects of the composites business, including sales and manufacturing for particleboard, medium density fiberboard and thermally fused laminates. He also oversees the logistics group responsible for transportation, national account customer service and reloads.

Avery joined Roseburg in 2011 as plant manager for the Simsboro, La., particleboard plant, and was named director of composites manufacturing in 2013. He has spent his career in the forest products industry, with positions at Georgia Pacific, Champion International, Temple Inland and Weyerhaeuser. His focus has been particleboard and MDF, with leadership positions in engineering and maintenance, as well as plant and regional management. Avery has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alabama at Huntsville.

Kellye Wise Senior Vice President of Human Resources AND LABOR RELATIONS

Kellye Wise joined Roseburg in October 2012 as vice president of human resources and labor relations. He began working with wood products companies in 1983, spending 24 years with TOC Management Services as a labor and employment attorney. During that time, Kellye provided assistance to RFP in management training, labor relations and employment issues. Just prior to joining RFP, Kellye worked for HR Answers, Inc. He has assisted both public and private sector Pacific Northwest employers with labor negotiations and relations, human resources issues, management training, executive coaching and legal compliance. He has spoken extensively to employers up and down the West Coast on a broad range of leadership and management topics.

Kellye was formerly an adjunct professor at Portland State University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of Oregon.

Stuart Gray General Counsel and senior Vice President

Stuart Gray

Stuart Gray joined Roseburg in August 2017 as senior vice president and general counsel. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in communications from the University of Utah in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2000. Gray also earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 2016.

Gray’s roots run deep in the construction and building supply industry. Prior to attending law school, he worked for many years as a cabinet maker and finish carpenter. After law school, he worked for Freeman Mathis & Gary LLP, in Atlanta as a construction and commercial litigator for three years. Gray spent the following 12 years in progressive roles of responsibility at The Home Depot Inc.’s Legal Department in Atlanta, where he managed commercial and construction litigation across North America and was associate general counsel for its home services, pro supply, operations, and real estate departments. Most recently, Gray spent two years as vice president and deputy general counsel at Sears Holdings Corporation in Chicago, where he led legal teams supporting various departments.
